How do I know when my tank is full?
Slow drains, gurgling, odors near the tank or drain field, or wet spots in the yard. But by the time symptoms show, you're overdue — calendar-based service every 3–5 years is far cheaper than an emergency.
Do you clean the filter during a pump-out?
Yes — if your tank has an effluent filter we inspect and clean it as part of the service, and we'll tell you if it should be replaced.
Should I install a riser?
If your lid is buried, a one-time riser install ($300–$600) means no more digging fees on any future service — it usually pays for itself by the second pump-out.
